Blazing Silks is an exciting horse racing game that puts you in control of World-class thoroughbreds and provides you the opportunity to qualify and win the virtual Breeders’ Cup Classic. Along the way you get to care for, train, and race your own horses. You get to travel to picturesque tracks around the globe and take on the World’s best in exciting challenge races. You can even race your friends real-time, for just fun or for “Gold Coin” stakes! With a lot of hard work and fun, you may even qualify for special contests where you may win exciting prizes and VIP trips to see your horses run with the real-world champions.

Some of the game highlights are: 2D/3D real-time peer-to-peer racing; immersive training challenges that allow you to build champion thoroughbreds; racing against 10 of the greatest Breeders’ Cup Champion horses of all time; racing at some of the greatest venues in the World, on a variety of surfaces, conditions, and distances that challenge the capabilities of your horse; building your own stable of champion horses; and eventually building your career earnings to gain entry into more exclusive racing clubs and achieving fame and glory among your friends and racing competitors.

The Breeders’ Cup

Every sport has a definitive year-ending event to crown its champions. In Thoroughbred racing, the Breeders’ Cup World Championships is the culmination of the horse racing season worldwide and the Breeders’ Cup Classic is the defining event of the international racing season. Beginning with the dramatic three-way finish in the 1984 Classic, the Breeders’ Cup has charged to the front of the worldwide racing stage. Twenty eight years and 238 Champions later, the event has transcended the sport itself.

Now set for its 29th running on November 3, the Breeders’ Cup Classic, draws the top international Thoroughbreds and with its $5 million purse is the richest race in all of North America. It is limited to 14 starters, six of of which gain automatic entries into the race by qualifying through Breeders’ Cup Challenge series.
